  This office is dysfunctional and unprofessional. AVOID it at all cost. The office manager "VANROSA TRAN" she goes by "ROSA" is just as unqualified as the rest of the staff. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this doctors office and I am usually not one to complain but I thought I would be the one to WARN a few people before thinking of attending this dreadful place. The wait there first of all is ridiculous (EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT), everyone is on different pages ( you ask one staff member one thing and another says something different), when you ask for something to be done (IT NEVER GETS DONE, or takes weeks!) This place is DISASTROUS! I've emailed the "office manager" NUMEROUS times and she's blatantly ignored me on multiple occasions. I've came in for an appointment that was rescheduled and they didn't even have me in the system for that rescheduled appointment and I had to wait while they input me into the system which made me late for work...I can go onnn and on. This place is DISASTROUS!!!!! I can't speak for the Doctors as I have not met ANY of them...(Which says enough in itself; I have been to the office a few times and have not met ANY of the MANY doctors in that facility) so I have nothing negative to say about them. However, the staff are unethical, unprofessional, lying, slow (in both ways) people. Save your time and energy.
