- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just stopped in quick to grab crickets for my son's pet bearded dragon. The representative was assisting another customer so I waited. After five minutes passed the representative walked to her station and did not acknowledge me. She then went back to the customer to assist with fish. Knowing she would be tied up getting multiple fish for the customer I went to another associate. This person informed me that only the one associate could get crickets. Great job PetSmart. Great customer service. One less customer to worry about. What a shame since it is the most convenient. Came back second day to give them 2nd chance. Same customer service.
